Return Policy - Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase (in new condition, and with all the accessories). 20% Restocking Fee will apply. Shipping charges however will not be refunded. If you need to exchange to a different remote we will not charge the restocking fee.
To return an item, please send back the item to the address on the invoice. Enclose a copy of your invoice with a brief description (exchange or refund) and your best daytime phone number. No Return Authorization is needed.
Shipping - Same-day shipping on all orders placed before 3PM PST Monday through Friday.
Most of our orders are shipped using USPS for as low as $5.95.
Also shipping is available through UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, and Next Day Air and tracking number is issued upon request.
UPS Ground shipping within the continental USA is $9.50 for up to 10 items, $12.95 for up to 25 items, $19.95 for up to 50 items. Please contact us for shipping on more than 50 items. For Intercom Systems and Operators add $28.00 VIA UPS only.
For Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and US territories add $5.00 to the above charges. , UPS Second Day Air (guaranteed 2 business days) $6.75, UPS Next Day Air (guaranteed next business day) add $11.75. We also offer worldwide delivery, please email or fax your request for shipping prices.
Transit times within the US vary between 1-5 business days via UPS Ground depending on your location. We cannot estimate international delivery transit times due to Customs delays and your local delivery services.
